Here, we explore what it means to truly see and to allow ourselves to be seen.

Through breathwork, subtle movement, and somatic bodywork around the eyes, forehead, and head, we soften the patterns that cloud our inner and outer vision: the overthinking, the hypervigilance, the self-criticism, the habit of looking outward for affirmation.

Not performing.

Simply existing in the truth of your own presence.

This session leads us into the pelvic belt, the deepest layer of tension and the foundation of embodiment.

It is the home of safety, belonging, sensuality, sexuality, grounded energy, and the innate right to exist exactly as you are.

For many of us, this space has been shaped by years of tension - protecting, holding, bracing, shrinking.

The pelvis remembers everything: unspoken fear, pressure, shame, abandonment, the moments we felt unsafe, the times we learned to disconnect from our own power.

This session is an invitation to return home.

To reconnect with the part of you that is ancient, wise, instinctual, and whole.

Room to Rise is a free online space to explore powerful active meditation practices that help you shift from the mind into the body. We meet twice a week to build consistency, strengthen commitment, and gently turn these practices into habit.

Each session is a reminder: you don’t have to rise alone. You’ll be joined by others on the same journey, creating a shared rhythm that supports motivation and connection.

  • What you need: a quiet, undisturbed space, a laptop, and a stable internet connection.

  • Instructions are shared via email with those on the mailing list.
