Hi, I’m Anita, a breathwork practitioner and founder of The Changing Room.

A few years ago, I looked like I had everything together. But inside, I was anxious, burnt out, and struggling with chronic symptoms that no one could explain. I was constantly performing for work, for others, even for myself.

Everything started to change when I discovered breathwork. It helped me reconnect with my body, let go of the masks I didn’t know I was wearing, and finally begin to feel safe just being me.

That’s why I do this work.

At The Changing Room, I guide others through the same journey by creating space to slow down, feel what’s present, and release what no longer fits.
