The Changing Room

A space to undress the soul

I’ve always longed to be part of a community through movement, through connection, through something real. For a long time, I never imagined I could create one.
And yet… here I am. Telling you what The Changing Room is about.

When I moved to a new country, I left behind a space where I had felt closer than ever to my truest self. I didn’t just miss the people. I grieved the version of me that had come alive there. I didn’t know how to carry her into this new life.

But slowly, I found ground again. And I realized, I can’t live without that sense of belonging. That depth of connection. That kind of honesty and embodiment.

Now, I’m recreating the kind of space I once was a part of, the kind that changed me.
A space where it’s safe to soften.
Where connection is honest, embodied, and real.
Where you can return to yourself and be witnessed in the process.

Because self-connection is the root of all connection.
And none of us were meant to do this alone.

The doors open for you here

The Changing Room is always evolving.
Right now, it offers your first steps on the path through breathwork, meditation and embodiment.

Breathwork

  • I use the Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System® (BBTRS®) to gently guide you back into connection with your body.

This practice helps restore the sense of safety that may have been lost. It rebuilds trust in your own body, and that trust ripples into daily life.

I’ve witnessed people step into their power, stand their ground, and feel alive again.

It’s slow but steady, deeply gentle, and grounded in compassion.

    • You get to go as deep as you want.

    • You get to choose your own pace.

    • You get to decide how this work supports your change or it simply helps you know yourself more fully.

Morning Meditations

  • Meditation is a big part of life and it takes many forms.

It’s also an important element of BBTRS®. So often, this is where insights and realizations happen.
When you work with the body and release stored tension, your mind finds more peace. And your soul finally has the space to speak.

Every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 7am (CET), I offer free online movement meditation sessions.

These gentle practices help you release tension from the body, quiet the noise of your thoughts, and invite a deeper presence to arise.

They’re an invitation to start your day differently.
Maybe even to begin a new ritual.

More is to come soon

The Changing Room is growing. In time, it will open its doors to more movement and dance-based somatic workshops and supporting women’s circles.

Movement & Dance

  • Dance is the fastest way for me to connect with my body.
It’s how I process emotion, how I express what words can’t say. I admire and praise my body for allowing me to use her as a vessel, to live this life, to walk this earth.

Not to sound overly spiritual, but when I dance, something shifts.
It feels like a cleansing shower. Like my soul gets to catch its breath.
    Like clarity comes through movement.

And I want to share this experience with you.

To give you the chance to rediscover the language you’ve always had with your body.
Because it’s been there since your very first breath, when you left the warmth of your mother’s womb and began to sense the world through your body.

That language has always been there.

    You didn’t lose it.
    You just forgot.
And I’ll help you remember through the doorway I’ve found most accessible: movement.

Women’s Circle

  • There’s a growing awareness now, that we weren’t meant to live in isolation.
But even knowing that, so many of us feel lonely.

This is something I hear many times in my sessions.
    Loneliness is a shared experience.
Especially for women navigating a fast, individualistic world - let alone living in a foreign country.

But just a few generations ago, things were different. We lived in bigger communities.
People relied on each other. Women especially gathered together to raise children, to share stories, to pass on wisdom, to be with one another in the realness of life.

The Changing Room will soon offer that kind of space - a women’s circle where you’re not just supported, but seen, heard, and listened to. A place where the motto of this space rings truest:

    Come as you are.
Leave as more of who you’ve always been.

This circle will focus on real connection, honesty, and compassion.

More details about the upcoming fall events will be shared soon..

And finally…

I imagine The Changing Room as an ever-changing container shaped not only by me, but by everyone who enters.

Each person sheds something they no longer need. Each person trusts themselves enough to explore the forgotten language they once had with their body, their soul, their truest self.

And in that shared process, something beautiful happens.

We remember.
We heal.
We come home.
