These sessions aren’t about productivity, performance, or getting ahead. They’re about presence. A moment each morning to breathe, move, and land in your body before the day pulls you in all directions.

This is your time. Your breath. Your beginning.

What are Movement Meditations?

These morning sessions are inspired by various traditions and teachings I’ve encountered during my training. They weave together breath, movement, and stillness into a 30-minute guided practice designed to wake up your body, settle your mind, and create space within.

Each session is grounded in the intention to connect with your body and mind in a conscious way.

What to expect?

  • A guided movement-based meditation practice

  • A combination of guided and intuitive movement

  • Finding silence in stillness

  • A simple, supportive space to begin your day

  • No prior experience needed

Why morning practice?
