But beneath the surface, you're exhausted from the pressure, the overthinking, the never-ending to-do list. If you’ve been searching for something to truly help you let go, to soften your grip on control and feel safe in your own body again, then this evening is for you.
Join us for a gentle but deeply restorative breathwork experience, rooted in the Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS®) and conscious movement. You’ll be guided through simple, powerful tools to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with the version of you that doesn’t have to be perfect.
This session includes:
A welcoming intro to the BBTRS method - no pressure, no experience needed
Conscious movement and body awareness to begin melting stress
A guided connected breathwork session to release stored emotion and tension
A safe, non-judgmental sharing circle - be heard, or just be
If you’ve tried everything and still feel stuck in your head, disconnected from your body, or weighed down by the pressure to “get it right”, this is your space to just be. To breathe. To feel. To come home to yourself.
The session is conducted fully in English.
Please note: Although this breathwork is as gentle as it can be, it’s not suitable for everyone. Contraindications include: severe asthma, severe heart conditions or arrhythmia, vascular disease, pregnancy, severe mental illnesses (e.g. bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis), epilepsy, acute injuries, recent major surgery, or severe diabetes.
