There is a place within the body where truth lives quietly.
A place that reacts before the mind can form a thought, through tension, contraction, butterflies, warmth, or a subtle pull from within.
It is the center that tells us when something is right, when something is off, when we’re holding too much, or when we’re not allowing ourselves enough.
For many of us, this space — the diaphragm and belly — becomes a container for everything unspoken and unfelt.
The emotions we learned to hide.
The instincts we learned to ignore.
The desires we learned to soften.
The needs we learned to shame or shrink.
This session is an invitation to return to that center.
To reconnect with the emotional intelligence of your body. The part of you that feels first and understands later.
To give yourself permission to sense, to want, to need, to know and to trust what rises.
We explore the diaphragmatic and abdominal belts of tension, where emotion, intuition, and worthiness meet. Through breathwork, fluid movement, sound, and deep somatic bodywork, you’ll be guided into the layers where your truth lives. Gently, safely, and without pressure.
This session supports you to:
✨ Release tension in the diaphragm and belly
✨ Reconnect with your intuition and gut knowing
✨ Allow emotions to move without resistance
✨ Explore your needs, desires, and boundaries
✨ Let go of the belief that wanting is “too much”
✨ Expand your capacity to feel and to receive
What we’ll explore:
A deep, conscious breathwork journey (BBTRS®) focused on the diaphragm and abdomen, supported by movement, sound, and guided sensing.
An invitation to feel fully and to claim what you need, desire, and deserve from a grounded, embodied place.
The session is conducted fully in English.
All genders are welcome.
