Join from anywhere, camera on if possible, comfy clothes encouraged

Each week, you’ll receive a short email with:

  • The theme or practice we’ll explore that week

  • Any props or intentions to bring

  • Occasional inspiration or meditation tips to support your journey

These sessions are movement-based, rooted in breath, and designed to gently return you to yourself. Not to fix anything, just to begin your day in connection.

A few notes

  • Come as you are. Tired, messy, open, closed… it’s all welcome.

  • Sessions last about 30 minutes.

  • No replays are available, so try to join live when you can.

  • If you ever need to pause or leave early, that’s okay too.
