Room to Breathe - Biodynamic Breathwork Journey

There are parts of us that words can't reach. The places where we hold our breath. The tension we've carried for years. The emotions we've learned to suppress simply to keep going.


This evening is an invitation to slow down and listen to your body.

Using the gentle yet powerful tools of Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS®), we'll explore conscious connected breathing, movement, sound, touch (optional), meditation and integration to help your nervous system soften and your body release what it no longer needs to carry.

This isn't about pushing through or forcing a breakthrough. It's about creating enough safety for your body to do what it naturally knows how to do.

You might leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, more alive, or simply more connected to yourself. Every experience is unique.

The session is conducted fully in English.
All genders are welcome.


Please note: Breathwork is powerful work and it might not be suitable for everyone.
Contraindications include: severe asthma, severe heart conditions or arrhythmia, vascular disease, pregnancy, severe mental illnesses (e.g. bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis), epilepsy, acute injuries, recent major surgery, or severe diabetes.

✨ About your facilitator

Hi, I'm Anita.

I'm a certified Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS®) Practitioner with hundreds of hours of experience supporting people through both private sessions and group workshops.

My own journey with BBTRS began while searching for relief from chronic physical tension. What I discovered was that the tension wasn't simply physical, but it was deeply connected to unresolved trauma and the protective patterns my body had developed over many years.

Through this work, I experienced a transformation that reached far beyond the symptoms I was trying to fix. I began feeling more connected to my body, more alive, more authentic, and more like myself.

That experience changed my life at its core.

Today, it's my mission to walk alongside others who are searching for that same kind of change. I know how much courage it takes to turn towards yourself instead of away. My role isn't to fix you, but to create a safe, compassionate space where your body can begin to unwind, release what no longer serves you, and remember its natural capacity to heal.

Whether this is your first experience with breathwork or you've been on a personal growth journey for years, you'll be met exactly as you are. With warmth, presence and deep respect for your unique process.
